No. FieldLeader is implemented for your business by the Riche Systems team rather than sold as a self-service signup. Every engagement starts with a Workflow Audit so your workspace is set up around how you actually operate.
How does the Workflow Audit credit work?
The Workflow Audit is $750. If you move forward with a FieldLeader deployment within 60 days of the audit, the full $750 is credited toward the $4,500 deployment fee.
What does the $4,500 deployment include?
Deployment is a fixed-price implementation of the FieldLeader platform, typically completed in about 3 weeks. It covers workspace setup, configuration of your agreed settings and operational workflows, and onboarding your team. It is implementation of the existing FieldLeader platform — not unlimited custom software development.
What if I need custom development or unusual integrations?
Custom development, unusual integrations, extensive data cleanup or migration, and other work outside the normal implementation scope can be scoped and priced separately. We'll identify any of that during the Workflow Audit.
What does the $400/month Managed Platform subscription include?
The Managed Platform subscription includes FieldLeader platform access, hosting, maintenance, platform management, and ongoing support. It has a 12-month initial term and continues month-to-month after that. You can also prepay annually for $4,000/year.
Is the Managed Platform subscription optional?
No. The Managed Platform subscription is the ongoing FieldLeader service itself, not an add-on support package. Your FieldLeader workspace stays active while your Managed Platform subscription is active.
Are text message (SMS) charges included?
Usage-based third-party charges, such as SMS messaging, may be billed separately based on usage.
Do I host FieldLeader or receive the source code?
No. FieldLeader is hosted and operated by Riche Systems. Each client gets its own FieldLeader workspace — you don't need to run servers or maintain software.
Do I get the full FieldLeader feature set?
Yes. Managed FieldLeader clients receive the full FieldLeader feature set — scheduling, dispatch, jobs, quotes, invoicing, payments, recurring work, customer communication, and reporting.
